3. Travel Advisor Role

We Go Traveling provides travel planning assistance, recommendations, coordination, and booking support. Our role may include helping you compare travel options, understand itinerary choices, request quotes, review cabin or room options, coordinate group travel, discuss travel protection options, and connect with third-party suppliers.

We do not control the acts, omissions, schedules, prices, availability, policies, health or safety standards, operations, cancellations, delays, refunds, or service quality of third-party suppliers.

All travel arrangements are subject to availability, supplier approval, payment deadlines, pricing changes, supplier terms, and applicable laws.

4. Third-Party Travel Suppliers

Travel services may be provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to:

  • Cruise lines;
  • Airlines;
  • Hotels and resorts;
  • Tour operators;
  • Excursion providers;
  • Travel insurance companies;
  • Transportation providers;
  • Booking platforms;
  • Host agency systems;
  • Destination management companies;
  • Payment processors.

By booking travel, requesting a quote, purchasing travel insurance, booking a tour or activity, or using a third-party link, you agree to review and comply with the applicable supplier’s terms, conditions, cancellation policies, payment deadlines, refund rules, contract of carriage, passenger ticket contract, insurance policy documents, and other applicable terms.

Supplier terms may include important limitations of liability, cancellation penalties, change fees, non-refundable deposits, health and safety requirements, passport and visa requirements, conduct rules, and dispute resolution provisions.

5. Quotes, Pricing, Availability, and Promotions

Travel prices, promotions, availability, cabin categories, room categories, taxes, fees, port charges, fuel surcharges, gratuities, resort fees, baggage fees, excursions, insurance costs, and other travel-related charges may change at any time until a reservation is confirmed and payment is accepted by the applicable supplier.

A quote does not guarantee final pricing, availability, or booking confirmation. Pricing may change due to supplier actions, currency fluctuations, taxes, fees, inventory changes, promotions ending, or other factors outside our control.

We Go Traveling is not responsible for supplier price changes, typographical errors, system errors, availability changes, expired promotions, or supplier-imposed charges.

6. Deposits, Payments, and Final Payment Deadlines

Many travel bookings require deposits, installment payments, or final payments by specific deadlines. You are responsible for making payments on time and confirming that your payment has been processed.

Failure to make required payments by supplier deadlines may result in cancellation, loss of deposit, cancellation penalties, loss of promotional pricing, loss of cabin or room assignment, or other supplier-imposed consequences.

If We Go Traveling provides payment reminders, those reminders are a courtesy only. You remain responsible for knowing and meeting all supplier deadlines.

Payments may be processed directly by suppliers, host agency systems, payment processors, or other third-party platforms. We Go Traveling does not guarantee the performance, security, or availability of third-party payment systems.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation, change, refund, future travel credit, and penalty policies are determined by the applicable travel supplier. These policies may vary by supplier, fare type, promotion, destination, travel date, booking date, passenger, group contract, and other factors.

You are responsible for reviewing cancellation and change policies before booking.

Refunds, if available, may take time to process and may be issued by the supplier, host agency, payment processor, or other third party. We Go Traveling does not control supplier refund timing, refund eligibility, supplier penalties, or future travel credit terms.

Professional service fees, planning fees, consultation fees, or administrative fees charged by We Go Traveling, if any, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Travel Documents, Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all travelers in your party have proper and valid travel documents, including passports, visas, identification, vaccination records, health documents, minor travel authorizations, and any other documents required by governments, suppliers, cruise lines, airlines, or destinations.

Passport, visa, entry, health, vaccination, customs, and documentation requirements can change. You should verify requirements directly with official government sources, destination authorities, cruise lines, airlines, and other relevant suppliers before travel.

We Go Traveling may provide general information, but we are not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, quarantine, missed travel, additional costs, or other consequences resulting from incomplete, expired, inaccurate, or insufficient travel documents.

9. Health, Safety, Accessibility, and Special Needs

Travel involves risks, including illness, injury, delays, accidents, political instability, weather events, natural disasters, supplier disruptions, itinerary changes, and other unexpected events.

You are responsible for evaluating your own health, physical condition, medical needs, mobility limitations, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, and ability to participate in travel activities.

You should notify We Go Traveling and the applicable travel suppliers of any accessibility, dietary, mobility, medical, or special accommodation needs as early as possible. Accommodation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier capability and availability.

We Go Traveling does not provide medical advice, legal advice, safety guarantees, or destination risk assessments.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that travelers consider travel insurance or travel protection coverage. Travel insurance may help protect against certain risks, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage issues, and other covered events, depending on the policy.

Travel insurance is provided by third-party insurance providers and is subject to policy terms, exclusions, limitations, eligibility rules, and claim requirements.

We Go Traveling may provide access to travel insurance options through third-party links or providers, including AgentMax or other insurance platforms. We do not underwrite insurance, decide claims, guarantee coverage, or interpret policy benefits.

You are responsible for reviewing the full insurance policy, including covered reasons, exclusions, pre-existing condition provisions, time-sensitive purchase requirements, cancellation coverage, medical coverage, and claim procedures.

11. Tours, Activities, Excursions, and Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party platforms for tours, excursions, activities, travel insurance, travel products, booking tools, supplier websites, appointment scheduling, or other services.

These third-party websites and services are not controlled by We Go Traveling. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, policies, privacy practices, security, performance, cancellations, refunds, service quality, or terms.

Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.

12. Affiliate Links and Product Recommendations

Some links on our website may be affiliate links. This may include links to travel products, packing items, cruise accessories, luggage, travel comfort items, or other products listed on our Favorite Travel Items or Travel Essentials pages.

If you purchase through an affiliate link, We Go Traveling may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Product availability, pricing, shipping, returns, warranties, safety, and customer service are controlled by the applicable third-party retailer or manufacturer.

We provide product recommendations for general informational purposes only. You are responsible for evaluating whether a product is appropriate for your needs.

13. Appointments, Consultations, and Communications

You may schedule appointments or consultations through third-party scheduling tools such as Calendly or other platforms. Appointment availability is not guaranteed and may be changed or canceled.

By submitting your contact information through our website, forms, booking inquiries, appointment tools, email, phone, text, or other channels, you authorize We Go Traveling to contact you regarding your inquiry, travel planning, booking, appointment, travel updates, payment deadlines, promotions, and related services.

We may contact you by email, phone, text message, or other communication methods you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us directly. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP where applicable.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to purchase travel services.

14. Group Travel

Group travel may involve additional rules, deadlines, minimum participation requirements, group contracts, room or cabin block terms, name deadlines, cancellation deadlines, payment schedules, group leader responsibilities, and supplier policies.

If you are a group leader or organizer, you are responsible for communicating accurate information to your group members, encouraging each traveler to review supplier terms, and ensuring that travelers understand payment deadlines, cancellation rules, passport requirements, and travel insurance options.

Group pricing, amenities, onboard credits, concessions, tour conductor credits, group benefits, or other promotional features are not guaranteed and may depend on supplier rules, final group size, booking dates, payment status, and availability.

15. Referral Programs and Promotions

We Go Traveling may offer referral opportunities, promotional offers, travel incentives, or thank-you programs from time to time, subject to applicable supplier rules, host agency rules, state and federal laws, and our own policies.

Referral rewards, if offered, are subject to written terms provided at the time of the promotion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any referral or promotional program at any time.
